We like to cut all our timber boards and fabric by hand. Whilst this can take a little longer it does allow us to offer a personal Tailored service to clients who like to make minor adjustments to dimensions without the need for us to reprogramme machinery.

Cutting the fabric by hand also allows us to factor in any nuances in the fabric, appreciating how the fabric stretches and behaves, in order to achieve the perfect finish.

It's in our heritage. Many years ago our business was modelled on local supply; it's quick, responsive and reliable. From our home in the Chiltern Hills, we've increased monitoring of every step of the production process to measure the environmental impact of everything we make. It helps us achieve sustainability goals for ourselves and our clients.

Holistic fabric management
We don't like surprises! Which is why we order fabric as soon as an order is received, allowing us to keep clients informed of any potential delays. Our close relationships with fabric suppliers allows us to suggest alternatives if there is likely to be any delivery delay due to our supply partners.

On arrival at our workshop, our team inspect by hand to avoid any rare flaws and use their skill and experience to thrill both us and our clients with their pattern matching prowess. 

Responsive communication
Face to face, TEAMS, Zoom, WhatsApp. We don't mind how, we simply like to keep clients up to date with honest, timely and transparent communication.
